Fulfillment Policy


Customers can view the available subscription plans in our captive portal. After choosing the preferred plan, customers can proceed with the payment. As of the moment, PLEX WIFI will only be accepting Maya, GrabPay and GCash as the mode of payment. Once payment is successful, the prepaid WIFI subscription plans applied for a specific device will be active within 60 seconds and will continue to remain active until the prepaid subscription plan expires.

A copy of activation code and confirmation receipt will be sent to the email registered by the customer. The activation code may be simultaneously used in other devices of the customer with only one device having an active internet access at a time.


Interested PLEX Fiber applicants can apply online by simply providing their basic information and just one valid ID and proof of billing as required.

Active subscribers can view their monthly Statement of Account SOA through the subscriber’s portal accessible through PLEX FIBER website with username and password as required during login. Subscribers may choose the preferred payment method either by simply presenting their printed SOA to any 7-Eleven Stores and Cebuana Lhuillier or pay via online using their Visa and Mastercard through our websites payment links or via the gCash Mobile Application.

Transaction history’s and payment confirmations can be viewed through the customer’s portal and a copy of confirmation receipt will be sent to the email registered by the customer.
